Add integration test for `PriceServiceSoapClient`

This PR adds an integration test for the PriceServiceSoapClient. I also pulled out the ProductServiceSoapClientIT::generateSampleProduct() function into IntegrationTestCase.php so it can be reused by other integration tests (like this one).
