Change version to 0.0.1, gitignore build things

Andy Summers requested to merge andrew-summers/spotseeker_client:build-cleanup into master

This PR "updates" the version number of the project from 0.1 to semver 0.0.1, removes spotseeker_restclient.egg-info/, and gitignores some extra build-related stuff that should be versioned. Doing this to explore build/deployment workflows.
