User has a consumer Zoom account. When sharing their screen, they have three sharing options: Basic, Advanced, Files. User also has a UW-Madison Zoom account and assumed they would have the File tab feature when sharing their screen. No, the File tab is not available. They only have two sharing features: Basic, Advanced .

User would like to share files using the file sharing integration option, not via the chat feature.

Informed user that the file sharing integration feature needs to be vetted by the Zoom Implementation team. I did not provide timeline when a decision will be made. Once a decision is made, I can inform the user.
